my son gaining the weight but his appearance is very thin only bone weight is there so in that cases any problem will there in that child

No Why would there be a problem if your child is gaining appropriate weight then that’s fine see you sometimes a body structure can be lean that’s completely fine till the time a child is healthy don’t worry about the body structure of the child is completely
