Q.

my son fell down from chair and hit his head on the floor....should take him to doctor....there is no bleeding n whn I asked him he said its nt paining

A. Hello consult Paediatrician before taking up any test If baby has no vomiting or excessive irritability or unconsciousness within 24 hours of fall or any head injury or Nasal bleeding nothing to worry. if swelling is excessive or baby is irritable its better to consult paediatrician Be careful. Prevent falls.

A. Hi mom Consult with your doctor once for proper medical examination and treatment No need to worry If there is no pain or swelling there is no need to worry Give adequate water Maintain hygiene Be more careful next time Give healthy protein rich nutritious food Maintain hydration
