my son fell down from bed nearly five times he hit back side of head not get any external injury only suffer with pain and cry out alot please let me know if there is anything danger for his mind

A. if the child is 1 year and two months old in the baby has fallen frequently and there is some injury over the head so so better to avoid such kind of injury because it is not good for the baby
