my son didn't got fever after vaccination but he has pain at the site of injection and he is crying a lot and not feeding properly as usual. is it okay not to have fever? and should i give paracetamol for pain?

A. thermophob you can apply on the vaccination site but prior to that you should keep some ice cube or cold pack onto that area what is that is what is going to be much helpful for your child in the current situation so proceeded with that and then you can apply this tube and paracetamol can be given to the child there is no problem even if there is no fever
