my son crying too much while passing stool.stool is not hard but his anus area get reddish.

A. in this query it is not possible to comment here without knowing the proper history and without clinical examination. it is more recommended to get the clinuical examination done by a doctor for evaluation before taking any treatment so please visit your doctor for appropriate treatment. as well as partial self medication will nsot be so helpful and can even be harmful also
