my son cannot able to speak as expected is there any delay should we have to consult doctor

Rashmi GuptaMom of a 11 yr 7 m old girl1 month agoA. Yes you should if the child is not able to pick up by the age of 2 1/2 years then you have to consult a speech therapist and it is genuinely considered as a delay in the growth of your child so please check with your doctor for sure
