my son age is 5 year and weight is 12:58 kg what should I suppose to do he is eating Every think but still height and weight is not gaining

In this case you really use really need to consult a doctor your child is having weight gain for for about 2 1/2 year old child so that’s definitely a big big matter of concern to be taken care of so I do suggest you to consult your paediatrician and they followed by a Nutritionist regarding thisWrite Your Answer Here
