my son age is 3 yr 10 m weight is 12 kg pl suggest how to increase the weight of my son ?

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 4 m old girl3 years agoA. hi yes , it is low. so I advise to give Healthy food items like nuts , dry fruits, fruits ,milk and milk based products etc more give full cream milk with dry fruits powder once in a day or give two or three dates with one tbsp of ghee daily in morning.
