My son age is 13 years and 5 months he is not growing tall . All his age group are taller than him he's at 8 th standard and he always cry because he felt in sulted in his class

For the proper growth and development a balance diet is required that should be containing pulses and rice along with green leafy vegetable and fruits . Any protein powder like pediasure can be started after the baby age is 2 year or above.
