My son 7 yrs old boy. last 15 days he is having some white some small round patches in behind ear and cheeks and chest

A. needs to be seen can be due to deficiency of vitamins and minerals infections bfor further advice in this regard it is advisable to consult your doctor for physical examination and if there is need to do investigations also then only proper treatment can be given
