Q.
my son 4 yr old having vomit 2 times n after that he is not eating any thing become very dull .....now vomit is stop.should I give probiotics sachets for proper digestion..pls suggest

Consult with your doctor once for proper medical examination and treatment
Maintain hydration
Maintain hygiene
Offer different varieties of food
Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana khichadi curd rice dal rice etc
Take a good care of your baby
