my son 3 year old is vomiting since night. also irratibility in throat and runny nose . kindly suggest

A. Hello, your baby boy is 3 years old and he is vomitng since yesterday night and he has cold and runny nose so give him Ondem syrup 5 ml twice a day before food and vicks rub
