Shaista TarannumMom of a 16 yr 9 m old boy3 years agoA. these are quite common in babies. you can apply either coconut oil or baby cetaphil lotion. this helps in reducing the rashes. use a clean soft cloth to wipe baby's face. maintain hygiene and use a mild soap for baby's face and body.
