my son 3 months from 2 days he is burping alot and mean while spitting out milk (curd form). is it a matter of concern with respect to gastric or acidity?

A. look like more gassy your baby. Hold your baby in an upright position, not lying down, while you feed them. Feed your baby smaller amounts at a time n burp.
