My son 2yr 3 months old but still he is not talking, if i need to consult speech therapist or can wait for sometime? Pls suggest me

Hello ma’am I would like to tell you that you have two options according to me first you can consult a homeopathic doctor because certain time the glands are not develop properly so the homoeopathic medicines develop the glands and your child will start speaking slowly and the speech therapy is also good idea so you can take the medication as well as if you want consult a speech therapist as well
