my son 2 yr 2 month old he has cough and cold pls suggest some home remedies to cure cough and cold

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. Start giving steam to the child twice a day and put eucalyptus oil near pillow of the child fir blocked nose and apply Vick’s baby rub and give warm liquids like soups to the child and keep head elevated while sleeping

Don’t give full cream milk . Dilute toned milk half milk half water and boil with moti elaichi add pinch of turmeric and lil honey while giving to child
Avoid sugar , fries, rice,
Give daal ka paani with haldi
