my son 2 year old fell down broke his front teeth! it came out with the root. is there any need to worry?

A. No there is nothing to be worried because if it came out entirely then nothing to be worried but yes you will have to wait for the permanent to come which will come after the age of 5 to 6 years only so till that time your child is not going to have any teeth in front but just to be on the safer I just get examined with the dentist ones
