ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear parent, external milk and top food should be introduced only after the completion of 6 months. Until then you should continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby. Breast milk is most nutritious and complete food for baby till 6 months.
