Q.

my son 18 months old and having difficulties while doing potty with very tight stool at time of passing, also the same time stomach pain. please suggest how we can resolve this.

A. Constipation is usually a very common problem seen in many where the most important causative factor is decrease intake fiber rich diet along with lesser fluid intake. some fohiiod like junk food mostly containing maida and oily food can aggravate such condition. here the diet modification should be tried first followed by medications like lactulose milk of magnesia and muout powder.
