my son 11 months old fell down from walker back of his head it was very minimal injury there is no bulging he did not cry after that i gave him little water he vomited very little milk like may be 10 drops he is active there are no abnormal movements he ate cerelac after that,is there anything to worry about

A. post fall if you are baby has immediately vomitted then certainly there is a need for consideration with a doctor who would exam in the baby and will advise you accordingly
