my son 10 months old had throat congestion voniting and cold 1 week back now everything got reduced b'coz of congestion he was not able to eat cerelac or drink formula milk properly now his weight is reduced by 500 gms but he is very active should i be worried about his weight now he is 8kg plzz suggest..
