my sister's baby is 4 days old and crying alot.not passing stool neither urine.kindly help

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your nephew is newborn just 4 days old and he has not passed stool and pee also so he is crying of hungr and he needs enough formula milk/breast milk or iv fluid if he is dehydrated

Crying of a Baby is mostly because of infantile colic and gas related discomfort which can be relieved by medicine like colicaid /gastica drops. other reasons could be nasal blockage, ear pain, diaper rash and more wgfhich needs to be ruled out and managed accordingly .
