Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 8 m old boy2 years agoA. shivering can be due to startle reflex and less likely due to calcium deficiency. kindly continued to give breastfeeding to the child and take a video of the shivering and meetd your doctor who will tell you whether it is normal startle reflex or it is due to hypocalcemia.
