My self ishrathnaaz I have delivered episiotomy on 22nd Feb but my stitches are still not dissolved and bleeding is not stopping from 2 months ?so, please can I know the reason for this and solution for stitches

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. generally takes 6 to 8 weeks time for proper healing and control g of bleeding you still the problem persist in a consult your local doctor for power examination and advise

Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy
