Q.

my second baby is 3yrs old bt he don't get attention on our command bt when he hear phone music he give attention nd he also song phonics song and rhymes that learn from mobile bt he don't learn our social language ie bye , mummy,papa bt he recognised fruit name ie apple ,orange ,lion, money that learn from phone bt don't learn from us

A. See your child is basically responding to phone music on all these things and not responding to regular things that you are saying not understanding and not following the command so there could be a possibility of delay in the growth of understanding the social environment so I suggest you to consult a child psychologist one time
