Sebamed dandruff shampoo supposed to be very good you can go ahead with that you can opt for PLIX as that is also a very good vegan brand that you can opt for using for your hair and along with that you should use mixed salt into your food if you relying more on the white salt then you should use about 60% of white salt at about 20% of rock salt into and 20% of Sendha Namak that would be good because that also makes a lot of difference
