Hello mom Kids this age can be given usual foods that are made at home for the family avoid any kind of specialised baby food for them now as per their teeth development which is quite well for chewing , chewable foods need to be given to them Along with good amount of fluid to keep them well hydrated and natural foods like seasonal and colourful fruits and vegetables ,dry fruits etc
