Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 2 m old boy2 years agoA. Hello good afternoon !! Check your firstcry shopping account , order and trasaction details if refund activated and in process then wait for a while it take 5-7 business days few times.
Also check whether to opted refund amount to firstcry account or to your bank account if in case you selected to first cry account then amount would refund to first cry account.
