My question is that as my sugar level is high in GTT screening..what shall I do .. have to control diet first or immediately take insulin

A. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and if your sugr level is on higher side then it is better to evaluate once with doctor in person and as per the level doctor will suggest you medicine or insulin. take care
