my period get missed for more than a week now. am getting too tired nausea dizziness leg cramps and abdominal bloating so I tested HCG level on urine and blood both mention as negative. now what I do and what it mean?

A. see you can do one thing that you can do a test again after four days. if still negative then better see a doctor and get the full evaluation for tgat
