My one year 8 months daughter often passes strong foul smelled stool 3 times a day and her weight is not gaining properly? Her weight is only 9 and half kg but she is super active? Please help me by as i am really concerned about it?

A. dear mum , the wt for age of ur child is fine also she is active playful so it indicates good health the food can affect stool smell include seasonal veg fruits for fibre
