ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. 2 days, Green stool in babies is nothing to worry about, in breast fed babies indicate, an imbalance of foremilk- Hindmilk, often resulting in frothy green stools. Allowing your baby to suck milk fully from one breast before switching to the other breast.
