My one month baby not open left eye properly. His upper eyelid is swelled.

normally simple secretions should nodt occur again and again for which eyes massage is needed.
if the chixld's eyes is sticky with pus discharge or regular discharge coming out you have to meet the doctor.
do not use any drops witout medical consultation
