my nipple is inverted...I don't wear dress at night and use syringe (syringe method of nipple pulling) for nipple whole night (about 6hrs). At morning my nipples poke out...and gets big . And look like normal nipple. When I bath and wear bra , my nipple goes again inside...and become inverted
...I have been doing this for 1 yr...doctor told me to do like this...but no changes.. doctor has checked my nipple and breast , but there is no problem....what can I do....is there any method....

Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and it is quite difficult to say anything about it without personally examination and also this is the same way to do with small nipples as per my opinion. Still follow your doctor instructions and prescription properly.
