I tried to retract the nipple by syringe method it will come out by using syringe but after releasing it go inside. breast pump nipple puller also i used, nothing has to work .. Is there anyother way to retract the nipple? please suggest me. now I give the milk by squeezing by hand and give to my baby.. it is so complicated.

mam,you can use nipple shield for time being.
massage your breasts gently with coconut oil,
try to pull out your nipples with thumb and pointer finger at massage time ,do it everyday before taking bath.
experiment with different feeding positions like cradle position, football position, recliner position etc.
