My niece is facing dryness in the skin specially on face she is 2 years old please suggest a good cream

A. The best way to maintain good skin tone in baby is giving adequate feeding To maintain proper hydration Giving daily oil massage to the baby followed by warm water bath On regular basis for at least 1st 2 years Avoid using more of moisturizer and also powder
