My newborn is 12 days old. His umbilical cord stump has fallen off however umbilicus has not dried up completely. Can I introduce tummy time for him and what I should keep in mind while doing so?

A. you can give tummy time to baby but careful of the neck as the baby is too small as baby is uncomfortable put on back it helps in good head shape, release gas ,easy digesting
