SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 4 m old girl2 years agoA. Hi yes its safe It's better to consult with your doctor and decide regarding the same. -You can have mild antibiotics for normal cold fever n all. Through breastmilk illness cannot pass through baby. So no chances of baby getting affected
