my new born baby's lip has two color. outer layer is pink and inner layer is black. will the black colour go away on its own, or do I need to take care.

A. my baby is only 3weeks old. is it safe to apply coconut oil on his lips.

A. good afternoon you don't need to consult a doctor for that is absolutely fine you don't have to worry I would recommend that you should just try to something I apply some coconut oil on the lips everyday
