my new born baby has ulcer on his tongue??? is it normal? what is the treatment for that? please advise

A. hi usually ,ulcers are formed by nutritional deficiency , constipation , indigestion or having infection too but as baby is newborn baby ,kindly visit your pediatrician and give fedding more and more.
