my new baby girl have duts and watery eyes and she can't open the eye what is the reason for that????

A. What are the eyes are due to tear blockage and sometimes due to some irritation also you have to get a check with the doctor the child is unable to open the eyes first clean it with water warm water and then see if it helps but you should visit the doctor for
