Q.

My milk supply reduced significantly at 5 months postpartum. what could be the reason? I am able to produce only 60-70 ml per feeding session. please help.

A. hi parent take supplements as suggested by your doctor take dairy products , cereals and millets leptadene tablets twice a day with glas of milk daily for four weeks it's ayurvedic
