Q.

my milk production has suddenly decreased since 3 days by 80 percent.....I m unable the find out the reason....kindly suggest me some galactogogue so as to retain the milk supply..my daughter is just ,4 months .

A. take CurePerium powder 1 tsf with milk twice a day.Consume dates, nuts, jeera, Dill seeds, sauf, ajwain, papaya, spoon of desi ghee and butter plus a katori of assorted nuts , makhana everyday.

A. Hi mom. Have lactare tablets to increase your breast milk supply.. Or have jeera water daily two times a day to increase bm. The more u feed the more milk production will be there. Take care
