My milk is not sufficient to my baby.what can I eat to increase my milk flow

mam , to increase your breastmilk supply , you can try different ways but among of them ,I advise to give more and more breastfeeds to your child
because the more your child latches, the more milk is produced
mam ,you can take leptadin tablet or galact powder for this too
