ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. Practice V-hold- uses your forefinger and middle finger to create a scissor-like shape around your areola and nipple, this will regulate milk flow. also give right position to feed baby.

Maintain hydration
Do some light exercise yoga regularly
