Q.

My menstruation cycle starts again...also I am feeding my 7 month old baby regularly....do I need to start my Calcium ,Iron and Protein supplements again? I stopped them having after 6 months.

A. Hi mom There is irregularity of periods after delivery due to the hormonal changes. Once u stop breastfeeding the periods will become normal and regular. Continue to take calcium supplements till u breast feed ur baby.
