my lol is 4month old and whose head circumference is 44cm which is higher than WHO standards.This is normal or not?

That case you should check with your doctor if it is much higher than it can be a problem but if it is little higher or lower as per standard that is there in that case it is not a problem but if it is much higher or lower than it is a matter of concern
