Q.
My lo is 4 months 14 days old. I feed both breast milk and formula milk. as per peadetrician suggested I have started with semi solids i.e started with ragi porridge. so can I mix breast milk along with with ragi porridge because baby isn't having Ragi porridge alone.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. I would not suggest you to start solids at the age of 4 month. good to continue with ebf. WHO and UNICEF recommend that babies be fed nothing but breast milk for their first 6 months
