my LO 2 days shy of 10 months has got 6 teeth. however he has little gap between his upper teeth will this go away when his permanent teeth comes n how to clean his teeth

A. Hi yes these gaps are required to adjust bigger sized permanent teeth. so when permanent teeth will erupt these gaps will be occupied..so don't worry. use silicon finger toothbrush twice daily to brush your kid's teeth.
