my kid is under weight and less height

A. Hello mom that’s acceptable as far as the child is active for his age and Eating healthy diet . You ca tend to observe his physical activity and also dietary choices and pattern . Give him good amount of varied foods from various food groups such as fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables, lentils and legumes such as horse gram , channa , rajma etc , egg if preferred, milk , panner , ghee, cereals - rice , roti , oats , millets - ragi etc .
